Privacy Policy

Your information is used only to deliver the service — it is never sold or shared.

1. What information we collect

Account details: name, email, phone, country and address.
Documents related to the order (licence, passport, citizenship, photo and so on) — only those the service actually requires.
The payment reference or receipt — we do not store card or wallet secrets; online payment goes directly through Khalti, eSewa or Hamro Pay, and card payment (where offered) through Stripe.

Uploaded documents are held securely on our own server — there is no public link.
Only you and our authorised team (admin/staff) can view them; every access is verified through login.
Documents are submitted to the relevant government office or portal only for your own case.
Once the order is complete you may ask us to delete the documents — just contact support.

To process the order and send status updates and notifications (email/SMS/push).
Internal analysis to improve the service — no personal detail leaves the company.
Data is never given or sold to a third party, except where the law requires it.
When switched on, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel measure visits to our public pages (home, services, legal) and sales from our ads, using their cookies. They are told which service was viewed or bought and its price, never your documents, name, email, phone or order, and they do not run on sign-in, checkout, payment or your own order pages.

You can view and correct your profile details at any time (from the Profile page).
