By placing an order through this portal you are taken to accept the conditions set out below.

1. Nature of the service

Digital Solution Pvt. Ltd. (Birauta, Pokhara) provides documentation, form-filling, online registration, marketing and training services.
We provide a facilitation service — for services such as the IDP, labour permit (Shram), PCC, SSF and EDV, the final decision (approve/reject) rests with the concerned authority.
We do not prepare unlawful or forged documents, or documents in someone else’s name. Any such request will have the order cancelled.

The information you give when ordering and the documents you upload must be accurate, legible and your own.
Any delay, rejection or additional cost caused by wrong or incomplete information is the customer’s responsibility (for example, using an old photo for EDV makes the application ineligible).
Any additional document we ask for must be supplied on time — otherwise the order deadline may move.
Keeping the account password safe is the customer’s responsibility.

The time shown on the website is an estimate — based on normal conditions once the paperwork is complete.
Delays at a government office, with a courier or with any third party are outside our control (for example, IDP courier delivery takes 20–40 days).

Prices are as shown on the website, and the price at the time of ordering applies. If government revenue charges change, the price may be adjusted accordingly.
For a quote-based service (Facebook Ads creative, for example), please pay only after the price is confirmed.
