Delete your Digital Solution account
You can ask for your account and personal details to be deleted at any time, from the app or from any browser.
How to ask
- Sign in to your account (in the app or at digitalsolutionnepal.com).
- Open Profile and find "Delete my account" at the bottom.
- Press "Ask to delete my account" and send the request.
Cannot sign in any more? Write to mail@digitalsolutionnepal.com from the email address on the account.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in, name, phone, email, address and profile photo.
- Documents in your vault and documents of completed orders.
- Saved people, favourites, reminders and marketing preferences.
What the law makes us keep
- Receipts, VAT bills and the payment ledger, for the period Nepal's tax law requires; they no longer show your contact details.
- An open order is finished or cancelled first; we tell you if anything is still due.
We finish within 30 days of the request and confirm by email. Encrypted backups expire on their normal schedule.
