1 Apply
Sign in or create an account, then send your business name, type and a line about your clients.
2 Get approved
The office reviews your application, talks to you and sets your partner price and commission. You get an email when it is decided.
3 Order or refer
Order for your clients at your partner price, one by one or in bulk. Or share your partner link and earn when the customers it brings pay.
4 Get paid
Commission is recorded per paid order in your ledger, and the office pays it out every month to your eSewa or bank account.
Two ways to earn
Both rates are agreed with each partner when the office approves the application, so they are not a fixed public number. Once you are approved, yours are on your dashboard.
🏷️ Partner price on your orders
Every order you place for a client is charged at the list price minus your partner discount, worked out automatically. The difference is your margin. A coupon does not add on top, and your own orders earn no commission.

🔗 Commission on customers you refer
Customers who sign up through your partner link are linked to you. When one of their orders is paid, your commission percentage of what they paid is recorded in your ledger, once per order.

An example, not an offer. Your margin on an order you place (when your client pays you the list price) and your commission on a referred customer’s order are both the order amount × your rate; commission is on what the customer actually paid.

How payouts work
- Commission is recorded when a referred customer’s order is paid, never before, and only once per order.
- It shows as “Owed” in your ledger until the office pays it out, then as “Paid” with the date.
- Payouts are monthly, to your eSewa or bank account, once what you are owed reaches NPR 1,000. A smaller amount carries over to the next month.
- If an order is refunded before payout, its commission is reduced to what the office kept, or cancelled when everything was refunded. If it was already paid out, the difference is deducted from your next payout.
- Orders you place yourself earn no commission: the partner price is your margin on those.

Who can become a partner?
Any business or person that regularly helps others with documents, licences or online forms: travel and manpower agencies, cyber cafés, photocopy shops, consultancies, individual agents and community leaders abroad. The office reviews every application.
What are the rates?
The partner discount and the commission are agreed with each partner when the office approves the application. Once approved, both are shown on your partner dashboard and applied automatically.
Do my clients need their own account?
Not for orders you place: each client is added under your account and gets an order of their own. Customers you refer through your link sign up and order themselves.
Can I use both the partner price and the link?
Yes. Orders you place get your partner price; orders that customers you referred place and pay earn you a commission. One order never gets both.
How do I follow my clients’ orders?
Every order you place is on your partner dashboard with its status and payment. Open one to see each step, answer its questions and download the finished documents.
What happens to commission if an order is refunded?
Commission follows what the office actually kept. A refund before payout reduces or cancels it; after payout, the difference is deducted from your next payout.
I live abroad. Can I be a partner?
Yes. Everything works online: share your link in your community, or order for the people you help. Ask us on WhatsApp if you are unsure.
Does it cost anything to join?
