FAQ
When and where are the classes?
10 live classes on Zoom, one per day from Monday 26 October to Wednesday 4 November 2026, starting 8:00 PM Nepal time (about 90 minutes each). Joining details are shared with confirmed participants on their order page, email and WhatsApp.
What is the difference between Standard (NPR 3,000) and AI Mastery (NPR 7,000)?
Both include the 10 live classes, notes, assignments, learning group and certificate. Standard gives 60 days access to this batch's recordings. AI Mastery adds the complete AI Mastery recorded library (advanced lessons, projects, automation, templates) with 3 years of video-learning access, a premium learning group and scheduled group live/update sessions.
I am a complete beginner. Can I join? Is coding required?
Yes. The training is beginner to intermediate level, taught mainly in Nepali with English technical terms. No coding is required; automation is introduced with no-code tools.
What if I miss a live class?
Class recordings are shared after each session. Standard students can watch them for 60 days; AI Mastery students keep video-learning access for 3 years.
How do I get the certificate?
A Digital Solution certificate is issued after you successfully submit the required practical assignments, including the final project.
How do I pay and when is my seat confirmed?
Choose a package, place the order and pay online (Fonepay QR, Khalti) or by bank transfer. Your seat is confirmed after the payment is verified; the order page shows the order number, payment status and receipt. Access is never granted for unpaid or failed payments.
I joined Standard. Can I upgrade to AI Mastery later?
Yes. Students with a verified NPR 3,000 payment for this batch can upgrade by paying only the NPR 4,000 difference. Send your order number on WhatsApp +977 9748433699; our office verifies your payment and creates the upgrade order. Your Standard access stays active.
I live abroad. Can I join?
Yes. Classes are online at 8:00 PM Nepal time; please check the time in your country. Recordings help if the time does not suit you. Family in Nepal can also pay for you.
Refunds and support?
Refunds follow Digital Solution's published refund policy (link below on this page). For any help, call or WhatsApp +977 9748433699, email mail@digitalsolutionnepal.com, or write to us from your order page.
Can I buy AI Mastery after this batch has finished?
Yes, AI Mastery can be bought anytime from its own course page. If you join after 4 November, you get the recorded library and can join the next announced live sessions; live classes that have already ended are available as recordings, not repeated live.
