Who can use this renewal service?

Nepali workers who previously received labour approval and need re-entry or renewal support for the same destination country can use this service, subject to valid passport, visa/residence and employment documents.

Can the whole process be done online?

The renewal/re-entry application is submitted through FEIMS. Most document review and filing support can be handled online if your documents and FEIMS profile are complete.

What payments may be required?

Official payments may include welfare fund, foreign employment insurance and Social Security Fund contributions where applicable. The exact amount depends on age group, duration and current official rules.

How long does renewal take?

After all documents and payments are complete, processing usually takes 1-2 working days, but government system issues, document mismatch or missing information can delay approval.

Can I renew if I changed company or country?

Company changes may need a new contract and extra review. Re-entry renewal usually does not allow changing the destination country, so please confirm your case before ordering.
