After you order, share the payment link from your order page. Family pays with Khalti, eSewa, mobile banking or a bank transfer, with no account. They see only the order code, the service, your first name and the amount.

Still using Khalti, eSewa or a Nepali bank app? Pay on the order page as usual; the amount is in Nepali rupees.

Can I get this done without coming to Nepal?
For most services on this page, yes: you order online, send your documents digitally and we apply on your behalf. Some government steps can need you or a family member in person; each service page lists what it needs, and if you are unsure, ask us on WhatsApp before you order.
Can my family in Nepal pay for my order?
Yes. Share the payment link from your order page. They can pay without an account and see only the order code, the service, your first name and the amount.
How do I receive my documents?
Digital copies appear on your order page, ready to download. Printed documents go by courier to the address you give, or someone you send can pick them up at our office. If it must be posted abroad, ask us first.
How long does it take?
Each service shows its usual time on its page. Government offices set the pace, so it is an estimate; your order page shows every step as it happens.
Is my data safe?
Your documents are kept on our own server with no public link. Only you and our authorised team can open them, and they are used only for your own case. You can ask us to delete them once the order is complete.
What if my service is not listed?
